Delivery Status and Tracking

All orders are processed on the day on which they are received and released to our shipper on the following day.

Domestic orders are shipped United States Postal Service – Priority Mail. Estimated delivery times are 1 – 3 business days depending on the destination address.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that includes a tracking number to track your package’s progress.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping to the continental United States.

Orders over $99 ship for free in the USA.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping only to Canada at this time.

We offer $14.99 flat rate shipping to all Canadian Provinces.

Orders over $150 ship for free to Canada.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available thru the shipper.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@biosmartresearch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept returns for refund up to 30 days after delivery. Please see our Return and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy for more details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@biosmartreseach.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
