Coconut Oil – coconut oil is naturally antibacterial, antifungal, and moisturizing.
Shea Butter – Works as an emollient that softens and hydrates skin. Because it contains several types of fatty acids, including lineoleic, oleic, palmitic and stearic acids, it helps improve the skin’s natural barrier, shea butter also protects skin from damage from the environment like pollutants.

Kosher Vegetable Glycerin – Glycerin is great for the skin because it acts as a humectant, which is a substance that allows the skin to retain moisture. The oleic acid also promotes collagen production, which helps grow new skin. This accelerates the healing process.
Caprilic/Caric Triglycerides – It helps smooth skin and works as an antioxidant. It also binds other ingredients together, and can work as a preservative of sorts to make the active ingredients in cosmetics last longer. Caprylic triglyceride is valued as a more natural alternative to other synthetic chemicals found in topical skin products.
